Enter the cemetery to the right and follow commerce street. Hardly any traffic.

Enter Westchester County Policy. Cross their parking lot. At the end on the right (uphill from their gas station) is a footpath connecting onto the Westchester North County Trailway. May require pushing the bike uphill.
