Route Details

Beautiful, Scenic ride on the old Scarborough to Whitby railway line which forms part of the Moor to Sea Cycle network on the North Yorkshire Moors. My Girlfriend and I under took this ride as part of her training for a charity ride accross india and found it challenging but enjoyable. We rode from Whitby to Scarborough and back and it took us around 5 hours.

Although I dont think that it would be a particularly difficult ride for the more experianced people amongst us it was still relitively difficult for novices like me and my girlfriend as thehills arent particularly steep, they are particulalry long streaching up to in my estimation 2/3/4milesat a time and are real mind over matter jobs.

Anyway I hope people find this informative and try this route out for them selves.
