The way points of this bicycle route:
(Part of a couple of different tours - See 'Comments' tag). Cross the ford (shallow water normally flowing across), and then start up the hill...

(Upper Colo Anglican Church on right. Small/Medium water tank with tap beside church building. A few other houses in the vicinity).
Turn right into Upper Colo Rd. Sealed road for a few kms.
(Colo Heights Rd to left leads to Colo Heights and Putty Rd. Turn left after crossing river for the Upper Colo Reserve, an alternatice camping ground - see http://www.hawkesbury.nsw.gov.au/files/20690/File/campingUpperColoReserve.pdf).
(Unsealed road starts around here. Road is sealed again for the last 6 km or so before the Putty Rd).
(Proceed under the Putty Rd bridge. * Turn right just before bridge for access to the Putty Rd. [Access rd not marked on this map] * There used to be a service station and public camping area several hundred metres along the Putty Rd, on the other side of the river. These are both closed at present [Jan '07]. * Large shady parking area area under bridge, but pretty grotty.
(* Park with picnic tables on left. * Composting toilets with very small water tank and small hand-basins on right. Also undercover picnic table * This section of the road is called Lower Colo Rd, not Upper Colo Rd as marked on this map. * Reasonable quality unsealed road, narrow in places).
(Reasonably long steep climb starts around here)
Turn right into West Portland Rd [Sealed]. (Alternative route: Turn left instead, and cross over Lower Portland Ferry, right into River Rd, Right into Sackville Ferry Rd, then Sackville Ferry).

(Lookout over the river & small picnic shelter on the left).
(Bull Ridge Rd on right).
Turn left into Sackville Rd. (Turn right instead for a quicker route back to Windsor. Service Station & shop a few hundred metres to the right.)
Turn right into Tizzana Rd.
