West Seattle to Phinney Ridge (West around Queen Anne)

This is the ride I take to my girlfriend's place. It pretty much whips me at this point. Any ideas for easier or more satisfying points in the ride would be much appreciated. I marked it as steep as going in the North direction, the last thing you get is the hill going up Fremont. Going back in the South direction, the last thing you get is the bridge underneath the West Seattle Bridge, which is not as bad, but still tiring.by v8media
