West End to Iona Beach via Vancouver Airport

Lovely ride. Good steady grade from Cornwall through 40th and then you coast downhill to 70th. It's all a bike route, nicely paved residential roads (some stunning mansions along the way and many many blooming gardens). Around the airport there are planes taking off and landing 100 m away! As you coast into the Iona Beach spit, its like you're entering an Ontario wetland that spills right out into the ocean. Awesome, flat stretch of road. Many squawking waterfowl to remind you where you are... ;)by botz
