This is the site of the plaque that commemorates the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising that began on April 19, 1943.
Road approaches Aleja Solidarnosci Bridge and interchange with E67.
The route turns south here, but it parallels Route 637 on minor roads until it leaves the urban area of Warsaw. Once can alternatively remain on Route 637. Once out of Warsaw, the route follows Route 637 to Węgrów.
Intersection with Platnerska on the north and Lagiellonńska on the south.
Wspólna bends slightly to the right and becomes Juliana Ursyna Niemcewicza.
Roundabout. Wesola is to the north, on Route 637. Turn left through roundabout toward Wesola on Juliana Ursyna Niemcewicza.
Turn right.
Intersection with Route 638. The route continues to parallel Route 637 to the south, passing through the urban outskirts of Warsaw.
Cross railroad tracks on Zygmunta Krasinskiego.
Turn right of Route 637 to pass through town of Dobre. Rejoin Route 637 after passing the town.
Turn right and pass through town center.
Rejoin Route 637 north of Dobre. Proceed north and east on Route 637.
Intersection with Route 697 from the south. Route 637 bends to the north through Liw as it approaches Węgrów.
Intersection with Route 696 from the south. Proceed north on Route 637 into Węgrów.
At town center, turn right on Tadeusza Kosciuszki.
Roundabout. Proceed left (north) on Wiejska, Route 62, about 300 meters to north roundabout.
Roundabout. Turn right (northeast) on Karola Szamoty.
Turn right towards town center.
Proceed across railroad tracks.
Intersection with Route 677. Turn left (north) on Route 677.
Intersection with Route 695. Continue north on Route 677.
Route 677 turns sharply to the west before exiting Kosów Lacki.

This is the site of one of the most notorious of the Nazi concentration camps during the Shoah. Only a mausoleum and monument remain. The monument is comprised of thousands of shards of broken stone.
