Start/finish: The Ferry House, Far Sawrey (grid ref 392 955). 24km (15 miles), 734m (2408ft) of climbing, 3-4 hours ride time. This has singletrack, stony doubletrack, and a couple of tough technical climbs. It is also has one of the best descents in the area.
