Union City BART

go right from the station to Decoto Rd (bikes don't trigger the green left turn) Look for DB bus if you need a back-up.

Decoto Rd

good bike lane, disappears at intersections for right turn lane. Take it all the way to 880 overpass.

alternative: creek path

to the right is a path that leads to the bay, from where you can find your way back to Paseo Padre.

Immediately across 880, after the light, enter the bike path. It curves under the exit road, and end at the Ardenwood farm.

avoid broken glass on this road

this is a 2-way path. Watch for broken glass and other debris.

follow the path across the street

University Ave

press Walk button, and make sure traffic stops!

Willow Rd

Press Walk button to get to the other side. Don't ever think about riding against traffic.

101 overpass

remember that car drivers are stupid and will think you are stupid to ride there. Chose the most comfortable way for you.

if your destination was Menlo Park, keep going on Willow Rd, and turn right at the end, on Alma.
