Start @ JoePa's Statue @ Beaver Stadium.

Right onto Curtain Rd

Left onto University Dr.

Right onto S. Atherton St.

Right onto W. Branch Rd

Left onto Shingletown Rd -- PA 45 E

Right onto Mountain Rd, To Where the Pavement Ends. 3-5% grade for about 1 mile.

Turn around

Right onto Shingletown Rd -- PA 45 E.

Right onto W. Main St

Right onto Loop Rd

Merge onto US 322 -- Heavy traffic, but wide shoulder.

Turn right onto Bear Meadows Rd and follow it To Where the Pavement Ends. 6.5% grade for 3.8 miles (with a break in the middle)

Turn around

Continue straight across US 322 -- General Potter Hwy (map shows offset rd, but this intersection was realigned in 2007). Careful! 322 is a busy highway with lots of trucks.

Turn right onto Earlystown Rd - PA 45 E

Turn left onto Linden Hall Rd

Turn right onto Rock Hill Rd

Turn left onto Brush Valley Rd

Turn right onto Houser Rd, and go to Where the Pavement Ends 7% grade for 1.6 miles.

Turn around (or visit the Mt. Nittany Winery while you rest)

Turn right onto Brush Valley Rd

Turn right onto Linden Hall Rd

Turn right onto Boalsburg Rd

Right onto Pike St

Right onto Mt. Nittany Rd, To Where the Pavement Ends.

Turn around

Right onto Pike St.

Cross E. College Ave -- PA 26 onto Houserville Rd.

Left after stop onto Rock Rd.

Right onto Buffalo Run Rd -- PA 550 N

Left onto Upper Gyp Rd., To Where the Pavement Ends (technially, it's a "T" but I'm counting it ;)

"End" of Upper Gyp, Left onto Valley View Rd.

Right onto N. Filmore Rd.

Cross Buffalo Run Rd. -- PA 550

Right onto Fox Hill Rd.

End back at Beaver Stadium.

Hill-climbing training ride. Starts off with rather gentle climbs that increase in grade up to 17% on Upper Gyp Rd. Do any or all of the climbs (good ride without them, too!)
