You can turn right here and go up the stairs if you're willing to carry your bike. The houses on Nicollet are very nice to see.
There's a sidewalk here that will ramp you down to W. River Parkway.

The Guthrie. My favorite place in the cities is Level 9 here. You can look out and see everything.
