The way points of this bicycle route:
At the Richmond Hill - Thornhill border.
Be careful crossing the 407. Stay out of the turning lanes to avoid a right-hook.
Green Lane has a few stop signs but is worth it to avoid the cars on John St.
Big downhill... then an uphill. The bridge at the bottom is narrow, so make sure you have the whole lane to yourself! Take the lane as soon as you start going downhill. Also, the bridge has a few holes and cracks to look out for.

Very steep downhill (heading south)
Very steep uphill (heading south). Hope you have a granny gear!
Yonge street is fairly fast moving here. If you're not comfortable on it, you can walk on the sidewalk until you pass the Loblaws. Then the traffic gets slower.
