The way points of this bicycle route:
Rolling start heading south, start the clock passing Longwoods Drive!
Downhill starts, push to get the speed up, this section counts.
Getting close to the shops, don't get run over but also don't lose ANY momentum
It has flattened out, but you need to keep the pace up. Trees can help shelter you from the wind. Sometimes.
Downhill is over - now a flat blast up the coast.
I think this section is now buggered up by speedbumps, it was a hoot though.
Head down, you're exposed to the wind here.
Danville Girl's High just up the hill, but stay focussed. Turn left.
Most stupid speed bumps, not like it was in the Old Days.
Nail it here to get up the crest!
The start of The Hill. Prepare to suffer.
Here the kill kicks, just in case you were getting confortable.
The climb is done, now just rolling hills to the finish!
Short climb, push!
Turn it up a notch or two, the finish is close!
You have to nail it through this dipto keep momentum for the finish straight.
Clock stops at the top of Longwoods. Pain is good.
