The way points of this bicycle route:
Turn R onto BW towards Woodbury Sinks.
Steep muddy downhill.
Roman Road.
Turn L onto Road towards Everton.
Feel the burn; a steep climb up Warden Hill.
Turn L for a Pub Stop, or R to continue the ride.
Turn L onto Sandy Heath BW.
Turn L onto Long Riding... Nice.
Turn R towards Deepdale.
Sandy Heath Transimitter to your right...
Turn R into Deepdale.
Straight on to Carthagena Rd.
Turn L before junction onto BW around John O'Gaunt Golf Club.
Nice little downhill - hope your brakes don't fail before you hit the road at the bottom!
Turn R back up Carthagena Rd.
Turn L at junction.
It's a bit of a drag up this road.
Turn L into Sandy Warren RSPB Reserve.
Nice and fast downhill - just watch out for walkers!
Turn R.
Turn R onto B1042.
Turn L.
Turn L.
Turn R off road, through gate into paddock.
Any cows about?
Downhill across the field.
Through gate onto Roman Road again.
Go straight across road, continuing along Roman Rd BW.
The start of this section can be really overgrown, but it soon clears a bit.
Cross bridge, then turn R.
This whole section can be a bit rough and draggy.
Bear L towards Valley Farm and a steep climb...
Get climbing!
Go straight on to BW.
Turn R onto Rd.
Go straight over at junction towards the Start/Finish car park.
Turn R into Cinques car park.
The End! I hope the car's still here!!
