The way points of this bicycle route:
From the Metro Station or the Co-op, get onto Poplar Ave to cross New Hampshire Ave.
Cross busy New Hampshire Ave at the light where Poplar Ave becomes Ray Road - go uphill to Chillum Manor Road
Follow Chillum Manor Road to its end - enter a small park and follow an informal path to Dayton Road - go out to sidewalk on Riggs Rd - cross at light to northeast corner of Riggs/East West Hwy - go up a sharp hill on Van Buren St - move westward, avoiding more hills, until reaching the park on West Park Rd
Enter the park and follow the paved trail north - careful on the dips - cross the parking lot and head east through more trees - exit on Stanford St and go up a big hill
Use sidewalk to get to light at Adelphi/Campus/University intersection - enter campus and use the road
turn left at first traffic circle, cross the parking lots, turn right at the Alumni Center, go around the back of the union, then turn left when you hit the physics building on Regents Dr, turn right on Stadium Dr to find AV Williams, Kim Engineering, or CSIC
