The way points of this bicycle route:
Use the lip in the curb to move onto the footpath from the road
Get off and wheel your bike down the ramp.
The road is better than the footpath here. Take the lane though to avoid getting squeezed by a bus - most other traffic will be using other lanes so it's relatively safe.
Do a hook turn here - getting over to the right hand turn lane of the Pacific Highway can be very difficult depending on the traffic.
Turn onto the footpath on the left of the Amherst Street exit.
