The way points of this bicycle route:
Use the lip in the curb to move onto the footpath from the road
Get off and wheel your bike down the ramp.
Take your life into your own hands and ride on the road or play it safe and stick to the footpath. After some consideration I think the road is best provided you sit in the middle of the lane rather than sticking to the gutter and encouraging cars to squeeze you.
Try to get to the right hand land for the right turn into Miller St at the top of the hill - I find the entry/exit from the parking garage to be a useful point to stop and cross if the trafic isn't showing any breaks.
