The way points of this bicycle route:
Turn left into it from the end of Deliverance (http://www.bikely.com/maps/bike-path/Deliverence-Singletrack), or that the Regurgitator, or go along Wolverns Lane from The Plough at Coldharbour and turn up from the big gravel area (check the satellite view, it'll make more sense).
Turn left into the Bridle Way and follow to the road.
