Loop from Sunnyvale, through Mountain View to Foothill, into the hills at Stevens Creek Reservoir. An out-and-back detour along the beautiful Stevens Canyon Road, then the sharp climb of Redwood Gulch Road. Slog up Hwy 9 to Skyline, then freewheel all the back back down. Avoid Saratoga and get another bit of hill by taking Pierce Road, then hit Satatoga/Sunnyvale, but skip the nasty De Anza by taking Stelling/Hollenback/Pastoria.by smfr
