9am ride from Sticky Fingers Bakery in Columbia Heights up the Rock Creek Park and out into rural Maryland. Excellent steep climbs on Black Rock and Berryville Road. Sprint line on Macarthur Ave at the DC line, and a KOM at the top of Chain Bridge Road NW.
