The way points of this bicycle route:
Head up the A34 from the Bristol Street Garage Roundabout.
Turn right onto Beaconside - careful of the traffic.
Turn right off Beaconside and follow Sandon Rd over to the A51.
There can be traffic held up by the single file bridge at he bottom of the long decent.
Turn right onto A51. You will be turning left soon so look out for the filter lane.
Turn left before the antique shop and head up hill.
Turn left onto Uttoxeter Rd.
Turn right off the main road as it bends left.
Turn back onto A51 and through the lights to thte Staffordright turn junction.
Turn right and head back towards Stafford.
Before the big hill turn right to Salt. Alternatively go up Weston Bank and go back to Stafford.
Good pub here - The Hollybush.
Straight over crossroads - careful of fast traffic from left.
It can be a little 'muddy' round this corner.
Right onto Marston Lane
Take a dog leg across Beaconside onto Common Rd
The main road bends left - go straight on at the junction.
Turn right at the pub. This road has speed bumps.
