Springfield - Turner's Hill Climb Challenge
by DaveChristiano

The way points of this bicycle route:

Turner Station

I'd recommend you take the loop counter-clockwise. You don't want to be going downhill on FR 237 northbound - you'll have a very hard stop at highway D.

First of the tough hills - this one is long

Caution - can be heavy traffic on 125

Watch for dogs along FR 150

Very scenic through here

Don't get going too fast here - sharp turn over creek

A short but tough climb

For me this is a very steep moderately long climb - some call this "Black Dog Hill." I have seen a few dogs on it.

15% grade in the middle

Expensive properties along FR 237

Make sure your brakes age good - sharp rigth hand corner at the bottom
