There will be no traffic from where I start the trail until you meet Jamboree (medium), PCH (medium), Dover (lite), Irvine ave (lite). When you head back to the Back Bay Loop, there will be no traffic all the way back to Sand Canyon. It is nice for the early morning ride.by Rollingalong
