Easy, paved bike path, 13.2 mile route from the Long Beach Towne Center on Carson to the Seal Beach jetty and back. Usually a head wind going down, easier going back. Restrooms half way. Usually takes 1 hr., 15 min. at a moderate pace. Park near Sam's gas in the WalMart parking lot.by tbowman
