This feed station is just prior to cut-off point. The food stops will have a range of cakes, fruit, water and savoury snacks. Note: you are strongly advised to carry some food of your own, as you may be in for a long day in the saddle. There are also shops and cafes in Rhayader should you need them. NOTE: If you fail to reach the first food stop in Rhayader at approx 58km by 12:30 you will be directed towards a short-cut route, which is approximately 25km shorter than the full route and cuts out the biggest single climb. If you arrive before 12:30 and would like to take the shorter route anyway, then please do - it will be clearly sign posted.
