Start in Scotts Valley Park & Ride - at Kings Village Rd & Bluebonnet Lane - in the parking lot
R Bluebonnet
L Bean Creek
R Glenwood
R Scotts Valley Dr
X Mt Hermon Rd, becomes Whispering Pines Dr.
R Lockwood Ln
L Mt Hermon
R Lockhart Gulch
U turn at end of public Lockhart Gulch Rd
R Mt Hermon Rd
R Graham Hill Rd
L Hwy 9 (in Felton)
L into New Leaf Market - buy lunch
L Hwy 9
L N Big Trees Park Rd - into Henry Cowell Park
meet in main HC parking lot (near the store and visitor center)
leave south end of parking lot and go up Pipeline Rd, a narrow, paved intra park road
pass (under, over?) rail trestle
Continue up Pipeline Rd - a very steep climb. Walking up with bike is ok!
X Eagle Creek bridge
stop at overlook bench to have lunch
Some folks may want to go home to Santa Cruz from Pipeline Rd heading east and ending at Graham Hill Rd - probably under 5 miles to get down to Ocean and Water in Santa Cruz
the rest of us go all the way back down Pipeline Rd
back in HC parking lot - exit from park the reverse of the way we came in

X under Mt Hermon bridge and immediately turn left to walk up steep dirt path to Mt Hermon Rd
