The way points of this bicycle route:
Nice bike lane up the hill, but its immediately dropped once you are in the neighborhood. WTF?!
Asphalt/Concrete conditions along this bike lane on Kearny Villa ROad are very poor. Could use some trees to make it more appealing to ride along. Especially to block out the freeway noise/emmissions/ugliness.

Sometimes to mix it up I take this route, it goes through more neighborhood, a good thing, but also goes more on KVR which has there and dropped bike lanes but very poor pavement conditions.
