The way points of this bicycle route:
Starts at the bottom of the ramp from Rooty Hill Railway Station (Note: Ramps to other side of Railway station, but steps down to platforms). Proceed on shared path on east side of Rooty Hill Rd Sth.
Cross over Rooty Hill Rd South at pedestrian crossing.
Cross Barker St
Access to M7 shared path via Mavis St, a short distance further down Rooty Hill Rd Sth on the right.
Shared Path through Reserve.
Turn left onto narrow footpath onto bridge over Angus Ck.
Underpass under Francis Rd. Watch for water, mud, broken glass.
Loop around and over underpass. Watch for broken glass on sections of the shared path.
Cross John St
Shared path along eastern side of Chandler St.
Pedestrian lights across the Great Western Hwy.
Pedestrian Lights across Minch Drive.
Shared Path along eastern side of Minchin Drive.
Small shopping centre on the other side of the road.

Cross Barossa Drive and proceed on-road up Rutherglen Pl
Short section of shared path
End of Shared Path. After crossing some grass and passing under a wire rope, there is a drain through to the south side of the M4 motorway. Drain passable except after heavy rain. (Either end of drain can be muddy - Suitable for mountain bikes & hybrids).
