Leave campsite headed S on D23 via Lacave to Calès
L on D673
R on D23 in les Vitarelles
Keep L approaching AR to cross over it and cont to Reilhaguet, keeping R to stay on D23
Cont on D23 via Rigou, then R to N20/D820, headed towards St-Projet
Either cross the main road and imm L to cross it back again, or L onto it and L again to head E on D39 to AR
Cross AR and cont E on D39, past les Mazuts, to Couzou
L on D32 to Rocamadour
After admiring the view of Rocamadour on the left, turn R to stay on D32, descending then climbing up to D673
L on D673 for 200m, then R on D247 and follow this back to Lacave where R on D23 to campsite
