The way points of this bicycle route:

Ripponlea

Start on Glen Eira Rd, say at Hotham St

caulfield

back of the racecourse, at the roundabout veer to the right to continue along to neerim rd

Hughesdale

turn right into another main rd, it has a section at the side of the road that serves as a bike lane

hughesdale

turn left at Kangaroo Rd

oakleigh

there is an overpass bridge here to get you over warrigal rd so you can get to oakleigh station.

oakleigh station

you need to get under the station to get onto the bike path on the eastern side of the railway line. veer to the right of the station through a supermarket carpark, the bike track starts at the end of that carpark. it takes you to the next railway station

Huntingdale Station

go through the carpark and veer left-ish to get onto the road to find the service lane beside the north rd overpass

north rd

this is now main road again, but it's pretty wide from here so you shouldn't get hassled by cars..

princess hwy

there's a bit of a wait here sometimes, but a good breather to get up the hill to monash. i used to sit in the bus lane

monash

Not sure whether you want to try and cut through the uni from this point or continue up the hill...

wellington/blackburn
