The way points of this bicycle route:

Ringwood Ave & McKay Dr

Oakland Road

The traffic light sensor usually detects bicyclist, but you have to stay in the middle of your lane (on top of the sensor on the road) if you want to get a green light without waiting for a car.

Under HW 880

Watch out for the narrow lane. Basically from Ridder Park Drive all the way to after the HW 880 bridge the bike lane disappears.

De la Cruz

There is no bike lane on De La Cruz Blvd, but usually the traffic is quite light

Laurenwood Rd.

This traffic light sensor (camera based) does NOT detect bicyclists.

Aldo Ave.

Just like Laurenwood Rd. this traffic light sensor (camera) does NOT detect bicyclist.

Lafayette

The traffic light sensor usually detects bicyclists, but just in case, there's a convenient pedestrian crossing button for bicyclists.
