Ribble valley, Forest of Bowland and South Dales circuit

A great circuit on mainly quite roads to see contrasting scenery of Ribble valley, Forest of Bowland and the Dales. Only two significant climbs (Waddington Fell and Silverdale) but first half of the ride is quite tough. Three good cafe stops break this 70 miler into manageable chunks.by apoland
