Daily 6AM Ride in Nowra

Daily ride by Nowra cyclists. Meet at 6AM Monday to Saturday in the Toruist Information Centre carpark for a bunch ride. Besides a recovery ride at 30km/h (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) this route is also used for the HOP (Hour of Power at 40km/h +) on Tuesdays, and the Swappio (Rolling turns at 35-38km/h) in a 70-75 inch gear on Thursdays and Saturdays.by puffinpedaler
