Thanks to the RRR gang for this ride out of Blackwood. It's spit in two with one section West and the other East of the town. Some parts of the East route are not difficult to ride, but also not for the faint hearted due to the exposed nature of the track (a 30m drop into the river if you get it wrong!)by martinpboland
