Very flat, easy, some traffic to Magor but then very quiet on good roads. Toilets, snacks etc available at Wetlands Centre (open 'til 5:00 p.m.), nice views of Severn Estuary. Part of route to Nash closed temporarily (I think until end Oct 2009) but I was able to detour around fields and rejoin road.
