Some chill time on the beach is a must!!
There's a nice little cafe here too with benches outside.
Turn left in front of bungalow onto bridleway. Off-road Section 7.
Not clear to me where the bridleway runs. One waymark here and another in the corner of the field. I think it's supposed to be through the farm, but I went around it.
Another waymark here, but still vague.
Turn right off main track.
Sharp left around the derelict chapel.
Right just after the farmyard. Easy to miss this bridleway.
Turn right out of off-road section 7.
Go straight on at the corner onto bridleway, off-road section 8.
Turn right before the farmyard. This is the start of a good downhill [albeit marred by gates!! :-( ]
Turn right at the T-junction at the bottom.
Turn right before the gate the bridleway goes over a style just beyond the derelict building!!! Glad I've not got a horse!!
Turn right up track. End of off-road section 8. Strictly speaking there is no public through road along this track. However, part of it is footpath which dives off to the left at the elbow before the public road. That can be your escape route if confronted.
Turn left on main road and retrace your route a little way from before off-road section 8.
Turn right into farm track - bridleway - off road section 9.
Follow the bridleway through the farmyard.
Aim for the nearest corner of the field keeping the hedge on your left.
Through the gateway. Now keep the hedge on your right.
Through a set of gates into a field keeping the hedge on your right. When I came through the field was wet and covered with really realy bad hoof churn.
Through the gate at the bottom of the field then down the track to a T-junction with another track.
At the T-junction, straight on into the field opposite. Downhill, severe hoof churn. Keep hedge on right. Aim for bottom right corner.
Cross the stream and exit the field through the bridleway gate. Steep slippery climb ahead.
Bear right through the farmyard . Beware of the dog - not the nicest I've met!! :-o
End of off-road section 9.
Straight on at corner into off-road section 10, crossing earlier route.

Tunr right back onto Longdown Street. End of off-road section 11.
Turn left into bridleway - off-road section 12. Not researched this one so it's approximate.
End of off-road section 12 and end of route.

This is based very very loosely around the Pembrokeshire Coast path. Since we can't ride on footpaths, the idea was a MTB route drawing some inspiration from the coastal path. As always with me the emphasis is to get off-road otherwise I'd have just followed the coastal road. I've ridden all but the 3 most easterly off-road sections.
