Leaving Microsoft Campus
The bridle trail entrance is on the left side of the road, just over the bridge that crosses 520
There is a short steep hill here that gets a little soggy in the winter.
The grass gets high through this section in the spring
Watch for cars when crossing 140th, the crosswalk isn't well marked.
There is a big drop and climb here that can be a little technical. If it makes you nervous just take a right before the dip out into the housing development. Follow the road a few hundred feet, take a left, climb the hill, and take a left again at 132nd. Take the next right and you'll be back on course.

A downhill starts here. Watch for trucks entering and leaving the transfer station.
There is a bike/ped bridge across 405 here that is shown on few maps.
Go up the sidewalk next to the driveway at the end of 114th and you'll pop out onto another section of it.
The entrance to Kirkland Watershed Park is at the end of 114th. Once inside the park there are many routes to take, I'll show you the quickest. Take this route through the intersections: * right * second right at the peace symbols * left at the bottom of the hill. This is a great park that few people know about. On your first ride take some time to learn your way around it.

A long climb starts here, but at least you aren't stuck in traffic! During rush hour you'll probably be moving faster than the cars.
There is a barrier for cars here, but bicycles can get through.
There is a bicycle trail here that parallels 520. On this descent you can get a lot of speed, but watch out for pedestrians.
Tight corner followed by a little hill.
Another 520 side trail. Entrace is on your right just before the bridge starts.
