Start on Memorial Ave
(Alternative lower traffic) L James St W then R Atherley Rd and R Hwy 12.
L Hwy 12. Warning lots of high speed traffic. You may want to take suggested alternative in the last cue.
Atherley Rd and Hwy 12 merge here. Continue on Hwy 12 East (There is a bike lane and it starts near here).
Somewhere around here Hwy 12 becomes unsuitable for biking. Narrow / non existent shoulder with broken pavement and cars speeding by. Max posted speed is 80km/h but many seem to be going 100km/h. Left on Concession Rd 11 must be a better alternative.
R Plum Point Rd. Rough.
L Concession Road 10. Crushed gravel surface. :(
R on Muley Point Rd; Paved but cracked.
L Concession Road 8
Follow Concession Road 8 as it bends R R L. It becomes Sideroad 20. Look left and right, you'll see fields being sprayed with large sprinklers. The red signs state "Warning: Effluent Spraying area".

R Hwy 12. Still not suitable for biking.

Pass over the Trent Canal

R Mara Rd / RR 23
L at stop sign onto Simcoe St / RR 15. First stores since Orillia.
First Right onto Osborne St / RR 23
Continue L on RR 23
Continue R on RR 23, merge with 1st Concession Rd.
First L onto RR 23
Continue L on RR 23 / Lake Ridge Rd / Thorah Park Blvd.
R Hwy 48 which is very busy. Gas station, ice cream and burger store at this ntersection.
