If you ride this early on the weekend, the traffic is not bad. If you ride any other time, look out for traffic on Moody and Dr. Lake Dr. There are bike lanes on most of the route. However, the bile lanes on Moody and Dr Lake are not recommended for road bikes. There are convenience stores along the route that you can stop at to refill water bottles.
