The way points of this bicycle route:
Start off by heading West along the Princes Hwy. A good steady climb...
Turn right into Old Nowa Nowa Rd. (Road has old railway ballast (and the occasional dog spike), is bumpy, and sandy...Not easy riding).
(Turn off to the Stony Ck trestle bridge on right).
Turn right into Rail Crossing Rd, then left onto the railtrail.
Turn left into Lakes-Colquhourn Rd.
Take first left - Uncles Rd. (Caution-Road sandy in patches).
Take 2nd road to the right - Quarry Rd.
At the bottom of the hill, just after crossing Mississippi Ck, turn left onto the old tram line track.

(Log Crossing Picnic area off to the left. Toilets, but no water).
(Armstrong Tk crossing)
Turn left into Scrivener Rd (unsealed. Path on RHS of road. Some parts of path were hard to negotiate. Both quite steep.
Turn right into Lakes-Colquhourn Rd (unsealed at first, then bitumen).
Turn left into Myer St
(Princes Hwy. Plenty of accomodation places in Lakes, but can be difficult to find vacancies in peak seasons).
