Nice route through the city along the designated bike routes. Traffic is manageable.Not an overly difficult nearly 100, but there will be a good breeze once out near the airport. Nice area for working on timetrialling or pacelining. Take a group of 4 or more and you can crack this badboy off in 3hrs or less.

Route Details

Nice classic training ride right around the 100km benchmark. Usually a good tailwind on the stretch of road to Iona Beach. This of course will make for a little echelon work for the trip back. Bring plenty of water on this ride. Not too hilly. Great sections to work on your TT skills. Find a group of 5 riders of similar abillity and crack this off in under 3hrs...
