Nice classic training ride right around the 100km benchmark. Usually a good tailwind on the stretch of road to Iona Beach. This of course will make for a little echelon work for the trip back. Bring plenty of water on this ride. Not too hilly. Great sections to work on your TT skills. Find a group of 5 riders of similar abillity and crack this off in under 3hrs...by JHRoadCrew
