The way points of this bicycle route:
R. onto Riverfront Dr.
R. on Washington or follow Harper's Loop signs to parallel Washington through back streets.
R. on Hwy 165
Rest stop at Shell Station
R. on Willow Beach Road just past the church (or stay on hwy. a little longer and follow Harper's Loop road signs.)
R. on Col. Maynard Road
L. on Lower Steel Bend
R. on John Branch. Shorter riders can turn L. on Lower Steel Bend and follow Harper's Loop signs.
R. Honey Bee Road
L. on Hwy 161 or you can keep going east on Walter Estes Road to Keo
Eat at Cotham's or the Lil Red Cafe (no longer there) or Sonny's Melons in the summer.
Stay on Hwy 161
Stay on Hwy 161 (Walker's Corner Road)
L. on Faulkner Lake Road. Don't miss the turn. There may be a white paint arrow on the road.
Break and water at golf course
L. on Mill Street
R. on Hwy 165 and go back the way you came to the River Trail. Be careful on the diagonal RR tracks.
