The way points of this bicycle route:
Start in Nimes At Caveirac, take the bicycle path off the road on the left before the gas station till Sommières. in Sommières: Good camping site **** + nice restaurant (auberge du pont romain)
Sommieres to St Martin de Londres. Very nice camping people: very helpfull. Bike shop at St Gely du Fesc (12 km away) Nice village to visit before moving to next stop
Causse de Selles: a but hard up hill with luggages, Bath in the river Herault!!! (near the canoe stop); St Guilhem le Desert: TO VISIT
Camp at the Lac du Salagou (cheap and basic) BUY FOOD FOR THE NEXT DAYS in Clermont l'Herault
Visit Boussagues!!! very special
Get by 17h at St Gervais and ask at the Mairie to sleep at the "gite" GREAT PLACE, Clean, Cheap and large enough for 4 to 6 people, kitchen, bathroom etc:: a small appartment for around 36 euros
La croix de mounis: very long and hard with luggages
Mazamet: very good hotel+ restaurant: Le Boulevard Town of Laurent Jalabert!
Visit Hautpoul before getting on the long slope to Montagne Noire
nice route down Mas Cabardes to Lastours (Cathares castle)
Camp at Campeole camping in Carcassonne, do not eat elsewhere than at Les Lices REAL GOOD (have the budget ...) closed on wednesdays
Nice gite + auberge in Greiffel!
Go to the camping in Arques along the small Lake at rent a bungalow: cheap and a small appartment to rest a bit. Go visit the castle and the Cathare Museum in the village
Sleep in Rouffiac or Cucugnan and visit the Cathares castles of Peyrepertuse and Querybus (near Cucugnan)
Go by the Grau de Maury and then super nice downhill to Maury. Then you better go up again towards St Pau de Fenouillet and in the Gorges!!!
TAKE THE TOURIST TRAIN at 16h at St Paul de Fenouillet (no train on Monday) to go to Perpignan/Rivesaltes as the road is not nice too much trafic

Abbay de Fontfroide at St Julien de Septime!!! Absolutely to visit - plan 2 to 2,5 hours overall
Gites in ancien chemin de la cafforte (Rieze) in the south of Narbonne
Restaurant at Ecluse de Madirac !!! very good , Jazz in the evening!!!
Bath at Gruissan and visit the Castle
visit opidum d'enserune, the 6 ecluses de Fontseranes
And go to the Cep D'Or in Bezier
3 way ecluse in Agde (dating back from 1680)
Sleep at the camp site of Grenatiere near Marseillan
