The way points of this bicycle route:
I normally never ride against the traffic, but this is such a short stint, and there is a big wide paved roadside to ride on, so I just stay on my side of Rutlege (against the traffice) and ride the short stint to Harris Rd.
As in, continue straight
Harris Rd jogs a little to left as you cross Babelay
You will only be on Washington for a very short distance
This final hill is an 11.5% grade. I was wiped out by this point and admit, I had to stop twice on this hill. Of course, I was lugging 15 lbs of gear (laptop, change of clothes, etc.) on my way to work.
Brown Gap turns into Rifle Range Rd. as you cross 441
This short stretch of Grove coming off Rifle Range is a 14% grade. But after that, it's all downhill!
This is actually where my office is, so I stopped here for a few hours to work, then finished the loop on my way home. It's a great pit stop though if you need a break at this point.

This is a fairly strenuous ride with lots of hills, especially on the 5 mile stretch between Loves Creek and Black Oak Ridge. That said it's also a beautiful ride through the country with farms and mountains in the distance. For this map, I went ahead and included my home commute so it may be useful as a complete riding loop for someone else.
