The way points of this bicycle route:
Join Marriot's Way at the bridge on Breck Farm Lane
Go down the steps at the sign for Swannington and Upgate Common, follow path along the paddock
Cross Reepham Road, follow sign Upgate Common
Take the gravel drive onto Upgate Common, then bear right and follow path along the brook (Some of it is boarded)
At the wooden bridge bear right until you reach grassland
Bear left and then take path keeping grassland to the right
Rejoin tarmac next to farm entrance, then immediately rejoin track into the woods bearing left
When reaching tarmac bear left for a few yards then right onto track into the forest
Bear left onto track overgrown with holly
Past church bear right onto track
Turn right onto Holt Road
Bear right onto Pyehurn Lane
Bear left onto track following brook
Pass through farmyard
Bear left towards Reepham Road
