Starting at the Reservoir Hotel bottle shop

Apco ServiceStation

Turn left into McIvor Road

McIvor Road Hill

Tough little climb early in the journey

Murphy St roundabout

Watch for entering traffic, be careful to keep speed under 60kph down McIvor Road Hill

Sternberg Street lights

Turn right at lights

Newmarket Hotel

Turn left into Nolan Street

Mindland Highway

Go Straight through lights

Lucan Street

Turn left at lights

Lucan St / Barnard St lights

Straight through, prepare body for Mt Barnard

Mt Barnard Peak

As you reach the peak of Mt Barnard you can look to the left and overlook Tom Flood Velodrome and dream of Madisons gone by.

Don St lights

Straight through and resist the urge to make left turn and roll downhill to Beechworth Bakery.

Mt Alvernia Climb

Up out of the saddle for a short sharp uphill pinch.

Specimen Hill Road

Turn Left into Specimen Hill Road and take a breather on the downhill stretch.

High Street Lights

Turn left onto High Street at lights

Kangaroo Flat

Straight through the lights at the Flat shopping centre

Mt Harvey Norman

The infamous climb of Mt Harvey, some may have to select the granny fear to ascend the fearsome peak.

Crusoe Road

Turn left near the Crusoe Res. You can see the Crusoe beach at left.

High Street

After completing the Crusoe loop you are back onto High Street for the fast downhill run into town.

Don St lights

Keep an eye out for Chris from Chris and Marie in his pink tutu

Alexandra Fountain

Some riders may need a quick caffeine hit at the Green Olive as we pass through town.

Mitchell St climb

Mt Mitchell

Over the railway bridge climb.

Sternberg St roundabout

Careful of cars going through roundabout too quickly

Strath Hill Climb

Last mountain peak on journey
