Mount Donna Buang (6.75% Gradient)
by eddiebee

The way points of this bicycle route:

Warburton

Start of the climb is just passed the second lot of Warburton shops.

Elevation 660m. Turn left at this hairpin. First bit of flat after 7km of pretty hard climbing at an average of approx. 7%. It gets a fraction easier from this point, but not much.

Some false flats here - enjoy the breather!

Elevation approx. 800m - the elevation function goes skewif at this point unfortunately.

Turn off to the right for the final kilometre or so of this climb. Gets a bit steep from here..

On your way back down there is a water station in the car park here - very handy as there is no water to fill up with at the top.

Mount Donna Buang

Elevation 1250m. Average gradient approx. 6.75%. Enjoy the view from the tower if you can manage climbing it. Just head back down the hill for a 33km loop.
