The way points of this bicycle route:
This route describes crossing Moses Lake west to east, though it works just fine in the reverse direction. (There does appear to be a north/south pedestrian walkway with stairs over the interstate about 3/4 mile east of this location, but I think its south end is in a private RV park/campground - between the stairs and the private property I did not investigate and do not recommend that route.)
Cross to the north side of I-90 here: this overpass is exit 174 of I-90. South Frontage Road continues east from here (with a different name), but eventually turns into an entrance ramp to I-90 with no way to get to the pedestrian/bicycle bridge across Moses Lake.
Right. Follow signs to the state park.
Left. Use caution here: the road straight ahead is an exit ramp for I-90 westbound.
Follow parking lots/roadways through the park. The paved pedestrian/bicycle bridge (a part of the Moses Lake "Activity Trail") connects to the very eastern edge of the park.
Cross the lake.
You're across!
The pedestrian/bicycle walkway turns into a sidewalk (which is also the Moses Lake "Activity Trail")along the west side of W. Broadway Ave. This location is just north of I-90 exit 176.

There is a safe and bicycling friendly but remarkably little noted pedestrian/bicycle bridge across Moses Lake that in my humble opinion is the ONLY appropriate way to negotiate the I-90 bridge across Moses Lake. It is along the north side of I-90, and the route winds a bit through Moses Lake State Park. But trust me, its worth it - there's no shoulder on the I-90 bridge! I had to work this out myself on the fly, after a long, hot, dusty mountain bike ride through the Moses Lake Sand Dunes (someone else has posted a good bikely Moses Lake Sand Dunes loop route).
