The way points of this bicycle route:

Moseley

Cannon Hill Park

Pick up NCN 5 at Cannon Hill Park

Cannon Hill Park

Stirchley

Join the canal

Turn North here to the city centre along the canal via Bourneville and the University

Lifford Lane

Up onto the bridge to cross the canal

Turn right, away from the canal

Kings Norton

Kings Norton Park

Lovely.

Wychall Reservoir

Northfield

Northfield

Road narrows under the railway line, and along Mill Lane.

Bristol Road South

Traffic lights seem to be triggered by sensor. May not pick up a bike by itself.

Tessall Lane

Quite a long hill, but keep going.

Strange metal grid with grass growing through it here. Bit slippery in the wet.

Signposting not entirely clear here, so make sure you don't miss the turn.

Lots of little gates along here, for some reason. It's only a cycle path, after all.

Ballam's Wood

Visibility not great crossing the road. Traffic from the right can be a bit quick.

Bear left here. Missed this first time, because signing not obvious.

Lismore Close

No signpost, but fortunately we guessed correctly.

Waseley Hills

Gentle pull up the hill to the visitor centre.

Waseley Hills Visitor Centre

Do a very nice all-day breakfast. If you go back by the same route, it's down hill all the way :)
