first part of this day is all downhill until you hit SR2, then typical Tuscan ups and downs.
Unfortunately, you have to get on the limited-access SR2 at this point, but get off right away at Torrenieri.

Very scenic route through Tuscan wine country, with stops at the beautiful cities of Pienza and Montepulciano. Chianciano at the end of the route is a spa town, you'll appreciate a trip to the thermal baths when you are done with this hilly day.
