Up the lane and cross the A629 at the top. Join and follow Windmill Lane.

tight turn in the road and short downhill. Take care. Victoria Inn at the crossroads.
One of the high points of the ride
Turn right here and head towards Hades Edge and Holmfirth
Keep following the road downhill into the centre of Holmfirth
In Holmfirth, cross the bridge and turn left at the traffic lights. A few yards further on turn right in to Upperthong Lane. Be ready for a long grind.
Join Station Road/Victoria Road. Cross the bridge
Turn Left
Turn Right into Upperthong Lane
follow through TownGate
Follow through Upperthong and come out on Dean Road. Join Wickins Lane, Wolfstone Road, Willshaw Mill Road and Wilshaw Road.
Follow road through Meltham
Follow B6107 to Marsden
At the bottom of the hill turn left into Carrs Road. Pas through a residential area and then join Mount Road.

Part way up Mount Road stop at the Guest House/tea stop/cafe
Left turn on to A62
Join A62 at top of Standedge.
Left turn off the A62
Rejoin main road and continue through Uppermill towards Greenfield
Join A635 and climb back over hills towards Holmfirth
At junction with Greengate Road turn left and head towards Digley Reservoir
On reaching next main road turn left and head towards Holmfirth.
On reaching edge of Holmbridge turn right into Bank Lane. Follow Right to Brownhill Lane.
Follow upwards then turn right on to White Gate Road. Follow Snailsden Road, Bare Bones Road to Snittlegate.
Turn Right towards Dunford Bridge
Turn right on to Dunford road and head towards Dunford Bridge.
Turn off the road and follow track by Winscar and then cross the dam. Climb out towards Windle Edge.
On reaching main road turn left.
On reaching roundabout turn right on to A616 and head towards Langsett
Bank View Cafe
At crossroads for Midhopestones turn left up Mortimer Road towards Penistone.
At top of hill turn right
Take next lane to the left [Back Lane] and downwards to Oxspring.
Cross major road, cross River Don towards Travellers' Inn on A628. Cross main road and continue to Silkstone Common
At crossroads in village centre turn left on to Cope Lane. Go downhill to Silkstone. Cross main road at bottom of hill into Silkstone. Stop at Ring O'Bells if necessary.
at corner by the church turn Left
Pass through Silkstone, turn left on cornewr to join Silkstone Lane.
Cross main road into Cawthorne village. Turn right onto Darton Road
Follow lane to edge of Kexborough.
Turn left
Pass through High Hoyland. Keep to high ground until Hollin House Lane - turn left.
Follow lanes to Dunkirk Inn on A635. Cross over. Go towards Upper Denby
Pass under railway bridge
Turn right
Turn right on to A628 and right again down to Quaker Bottom
Society of Friends [Quakers] Meeting House is located at the bottom of this lane.
